Up Review

This article from the New York Times tells about Up and the weak business opportunities that the movie presents. Wall Street and toy makers seem to be hesitant about the profitabiity of the new film, and seem to have no confidence in Pixar's creative genius. Why do people still doubt Pixar? Last year I remember reading the same things. Will Wall-E be Pixar's one flop? No one wants to see an animated silent film! Well, it turns out Wall-E won an Oscar. Sure it didn't make as much as the other features, but it still won an Oscar!

This is the first post. So far we know the festival will open with the animated feature UP. It's Pixar's new one and will be shown in 3D.
